There is a current kind of global epidemic that has consumed many individuals, as many are using so much of their energy trying to stay afloat and keep up with the high demands of society, while balancing career, family and maintaining health/fitness. Many individuals are suffering from chronic stress, anxiety, depression, poor sleep/insomnia, fatigue and many secondary health conditions that are arising due to this exhaustion. Many are using caffeine to stay alert and focused , and then crashing at the end of the day. This process then begins over and over again, day after day, perpetuating the cycle of fatigue. When additional stress or problems arise, many are unable to handle them as they are running in overdrive, which we all are aware can cause detrimental long-term affects. Although some of this is unavoidable, there are small changes in both lifestyle and in attaining a new and fresh perspective that can be made to greatly change the quality of ones life.
I assist clients in shifting their perspective, so that they can begin to perceive their current situation from a higher lens. This not only gives a client a view of their situation from a level consciousness (awareness), but also provides more clarity, while shining light on anything that is not on track with your individual spiritual growth/purpose, success, and overall happiness. It also gives us a great sense of peace and empowerment, as we are able to reframe perceived “negative” situations/circumstances with a helicopter view, allowing us to see the bigger picture. The client now has the direction and support to make the appropriate decisions, brining them closer to reaching their personal goals and attaining true inner joy.
My role also entails assisting the individual with gentle intuitive guidance, while providing /teaching tools and strategies to empower one to re-discover and embrace their true self. I also encourage one to look within and seek answers within themselves, and to shed what is no longer serving their higher good, creating space for the new positive, higher vibe situations and connections to come into fruition. Part of truly appreciating and loving oneself begins by utilizing and embracing our true Divine gifts and purpose. When one begins step more into alignment with their authentic self (at soul level), your energetic vibe raises, ultimately bringing more peace, joy, overall fulfillment, that can lead to a more profound success and abundance. My goal with coaching is to not add more stress and worry with this process, but to make it fun and exciting as we discover the essence of our true self and begin embodying this in our day to day lives. We begin witnessing miracles in our mood, overall wellness/energy, as our mind/body/soul are now in harmony! Looking forward to working with you !
